Hey All, 

I have a property under contract in Charlotte area, however i don't have a list of buyers. Ive done deals with other wholesalers but my buyers list is minimal. I went to the Auction today and there was literally 4 people there just to "see how it goes" . I also put down some bandit signs in the area.  How do you guys find cash buyers?
