I can purchase this property for $500 cash and the buyer wants to pick it up for $530. How can I legally lock up the property to sell it to my buyer at the price he wants it for so that I am paid at escrow. This is in southern california. Single family home the owner passed away and the next of kin wants it gone asap. Any guidance much appreciated!
