Good morning! My name is George Daniel (Danny) Wilson. I'm 32. Born and raised in California from a farming family. The only real estate experience I have is listening to some bigger pockets audio books. I weld for a living and have been in the pipefitters union for going on 13 years now. I have worked steady here in CA my entire career and branched out to travel to other states for work when I felt like it. The last year or so I have got into pipeline welding and seen my income skyrocket. After the last season of pipeline I came back to CA and started my own welding business but there is sooooo much red tape and cost of living is so high I'm not sure if I want to stay here and struggle getting my own business going or go back to pipeline and get out of CA.

Enough about work, my goals are to take my income and build a future for myself and a family (if I ever have one) and not have to be on the road like a nomad forever. I think real estate is the answer. That being said, I'm trying to learn all I can so I can begin my journey!
