Hi Tracy. I have read that book. It was the first thing I read. I will also take your advice on meeting with people around me and I will look on fakebook as I have not even thought about that. Thank you for such a quick reply.

Hello. I came across bigger pockets. Got some books. I'm studying to learn how to invest in real estate. I am 22 years old and don't have many people around me that understands this market. I always hear to post in this forum and see what comes my way in terms of information, connections, etc. I live In central New Jersey. I am not sure if this is a good place to invest. I also don't have a lot of money but I am dedicated to this goal of getting my first rental property, whether that's working for people that do real estate in my area, or just meeting more people that can give me advice etc.. Where is a good place to start? How do I start with little to even no money? Anything will help me. Thank you.
