I'm sure the laws are different. I viewed a unit (industrial garage bays) that has what appears to be used for pot growth. No pot observed in the unit. So, I'm not sure of my responsibility and what I must do upon taking title.

In process of making a purchase and found a potential pot growing facility. No weed found, but a room that appears to be set up for growing is in the unit. TAW located in M. Anyone deal with this? Any advise? Thank you
