 Thank you for your response!

Hello,

Im brand new to real estate and looking to purchase my first property (multifamily) within the next 2 years. This property I was browsing looks like its only being sold as half of a duplex? If I go on zillow it's seemingly split into two properties, which would make it more of a condo listing rather than the entire property. Just wanted some clarification as this seems confusing as if its a duplex or a "condo"-ish listing. Thanks!
