Hi Everyone,
I would like someone to come and be a partner of mine to fund the properties that I discover. I would need the partner to be a bridge loaner because as we know its pretty simple to the 75 to 85% percent to fund the deal. This potential partner would hold about 10 to 15% in La Cava Real Estate Investments LLC formed in Nevada. If this sounds good to any cash investor give me a inbox message and we can discuss it from there. I am pretty much an open book and will tell you about the deals that I find and the profit I am targeting on each deal, plus I have contractors in place to get started.
Thank you for looking

Hi,
Yes you can get the house thru private money and refinance but you definitely want to figure out how much equity to expect from a refinance.

Does anybody know any private money lenders in the state of Nevada? Just moved here from California and I have seen some deals I would like to collaborate on.
Too bad I dont live in Houston! Ok, sure enough maybe on here or craigslist would be a bad place to start. Thank you
Hi BiggerPockets Family!
for the past few months I have been building up my team with real estate agents/brokers. hard money lenders, but no partner as of yet. I wanted to offer my sweat equity for anyone who has a need to supervise a housing project to make sure everything is according to plan in the San Diego County area, or I can help find homes that would be a good profit for any investor.
And any advice on how to raise money to purchase real estate would also help too, getting in the game is a challenging step so if you have any stories or info that I could relate to please drop a text! It would be my pleasure to read about anothers experience in the real estate field.
Also, I am currently working on a business plan to will help raise money from potential investors.

Would you be interesting in doing flips in the San Diego, Ca area? I have been working with a couple of real estate agents who specialize in working with investors and some other real estate broker firms that buy off markets homes in california. I'm leaning toward hard money lending but private money is always the best option! I would love to do business with you.
