Does anyone have experience with Doorgrow? After nearly 15-Years in the Property/Asset Management space, I've decided to start my own company.
like many entrepreneurs, I don't have the biggest budget, and I must be strategic with my spending. Doorgrow sounds amazing, but it's very expensive.

Has anyone every heard of Josh Marti? Says he is a wholesaler who has helped 1000’s of people. He has an interesting program on his website (JoshMarti.com) that I am looking into. Problem is, I can’t find any information on him anywhere.
just one website has his name and the article about him is very vague and uninformative.
Would someone be willing to help me out and do a quick ARV on a SFH I am considering?
And maybe go over how you reached the numbers?
The last two properties I have flipped were off by 8% and 11%.
Trying not to make the same mistakes again.
