2. Buy and Hold possibility for a newbie and capital is lacking.

Hi, I am Gerald Cavanagh and we live in Houston, Texas area for 14 years now.  I don't have real estate experience other than reading a lot of different strategies with never executing on them for one reason or another. 

My primary ask or goal first step is:

Wholesale as we have literally no money start a nor pay for some guru to take our little cash we have. 

It would be great if I found some one who has gone thru this. We have no cash and I am hoping a step by step to build my log long dream of not working for someone else.
