Hi All, 

I have been interested in REI for a number of years, but always let hurdles (primarily not enough money) keep me from really starting my journey. I have a young daughter and a growing family and my priorities have shifted to the degree that I have motivation now to finally take some action. My goal is to utilize a long-term rental portfolio to reach financial independence. I am definitely green and hoping to find the right team and community to help me get started.
