Is any one working with Phil Grove? I listened to the webinar Sunday night he was introduced by Stacy Kellams.

The idea is you control a luxury home with an option contract. You fill it full of the same style furniture/ assessories and auction everything off......... I just wonder who would give control of a multi-million $$ home for $100. option contract..... If this is working I have a home that started at 13 mill is now down to 6., must be SOME room for profit... :roll:
What's your thoughts?

I have been tossing around this idea also. So I am happy to see some feed back. Also have been pursued by by the one who wants (choke) $10,000! Crazy. It's killing me not to have the backing for the deals I am seeing but I sure don't want to risk that much.... especially with what's going on today .
