I currently live in Louisiana. Most of the properties I’ll be flipping will be located in either Ohio or Michigan. Does it matter which state I start/register my Llc in?  Should I just start it in Michigan since they seem to have lower annual Llc fees?

I own 3 properties free and clear I have the deed. However my credit is terrible. Are there any lenders or any way that I can get financing for future properties
