And if you fancy the SavageMan half it's on my bucket list of triathlons and I'm currently living in MD. Just looking for a good reason to ramp up my training.

Wednesdays are a no go for me, I have prior commitments but I'll keep an eye on this if the day changes in the future.

New member here based in Southern Maryland. I'm definitely interested in some type of regular meet up. I also agree 100% with the needing to be back home to watch college football, its the only thing I actually watch on television.

Your list of topics looks pretty good to me for some initial discussion and I'd bet that after a few meetings it would probably come out what folks are interested in or would like to get more information about.

I'll be keeping tabs on this post.

Finally getting around to posting an introduction after about a month of digging around on the site.

I'm not in the game yet but it is looking like I'll be targeting some buy and hold type properties in order to reach my passive income goals.

I must say there is a wealth of information available which has already helped answer questions I had on many topics. I look forward to being a part of this wonderful community!
