Thanks so much for the feedback! Since it seems like the delayed payment is the only drawback, I definitely think I’m going to give it a try. It just seems too easy! 

Has anyone used the free Cozy app to manage a rental property? And if so, what pros/cons did you experience? I will be managing my own rental for the first time in a couple of months, and I'm on the hunt for a good, user-friendly property management app to use.
