The first rule about investing in Baltimore is do not invest in Baltimore. I own 3 properties. it is a lawless city and the higher theoretical ROI you supposedly will make the worst off you will end up.

If you are considering property management company mark Fry and Property Management Pros PropertyManagementPros.com will probably will add to your losses. Stay away from them.

Patti Roberson, I checked again and I found names only in Atlanta and Dallas. 2 cities out of 28 cities. Did I miss any city? Also, on most of the websites the latest blog is dated September 2014 , Yes 2014.

There are so many complines about Property management Pros on BBB websites. The complains are about not paying money they owe to investors / home owners. Do you know them? maybe I can use your connections to get answers from them?

If you plan to use a Property Management company just avoid PropertyManagementPros.com Property Management Pros headed by Mark Fry. Read the reviews about them on BBB sites, Google and other sites.

They claim to have offices in Ohio, Virginia, Texas, Florida and other states. Just avoid them.

I own 3 properties in Baltimore for 2+ years now. The best advice I can give is not to invest in Baltimore. The ROI (Return On Investment) on paper is high but in reality you will have much lower returns and you will have to deal with tenants issues all the time. my 2 cents .... :)

Is it Mark Fry from Property Management Pros? PropertyManagementPros.com   ???

This is a typical story in Baltimore. I am an out of state owner of 3 properties and exchange information with several investors. It is a lawless city. My former property management company Property Management Pros owes me $10k+ and will not answer communications from me and my lawyer. There are so many complains on the internet about the Director/ owner? Mark Fry it is not even funny. Why you don't name the PM company so others will avoid them?
