This month join Brandon Rabe and myself as we hear from Karen and Justo Patague, active investors on Maui, share about their journey investing as a husband and wife team.Justo is currently employed in Sales as a full-time Coke Dealer (Coca-Cola) and Karen is an active Real Estate Agent who comes from a strong background of finance, banking and mortgage lending. 

They are also the Dean of Instructors for 101 Financial. By diving into investing in 2015, they learned many valuable lessons which caused them to shift their perspective and take a step back to review their goals. 

After attending various training courses about real estate, they decided to jump back in and form KJP Investment Properties LLC. Since receiving more education, along with utilizing the 101 Financial System, they have acquired multiple properties using the BRRRR strategy and have flipped their first home, profiting well over $100K. Karen and Justo are very driven by their goals and look forward to building their real estate empire. They continue to strive not only for their family but to also inspire, educate and help others succeed along their journey.

In our Investor Spotlight segment, we’ll speak with Jeff Arceo, an out of state investor with multiple properties across the nation, about what he’s currently doing and what his plans are for the future while utilizing multiple strategies.
