@David Ono thanks David, that’s my concern, basically the repairs. I don’t want to lose money, nobody does. And the FB, I’m going to have to pass because I want to put that 25K on the deal I start to flip. If you have any advice to give me on repairs, that would be very helpful.

@Ray Evans nice again man! I have the deal analyzer as well, very helpful. What area you do deals in? I’m a wholesaler that can find you deals. I want to start flipping now, so I can get the whole profit instead of the little wholesale check. If you get another flip, I’ll pay you just for me to shadow you to see how you do the repairs. That’s my main concern is the repairs. I don’t want to lose money if I mess up, I’ll rather takes notes now, then do it.
