My name is Mimi, and I'm actively working to find potential investment properties in the Fl, TX, OH market.

I'm building a list of active cash buyers who are looking for opportunities that aren't always listed on the MLS. My focus is on finding properties that could be a good fit for fix and flip or buy and hold strategies.
