Hi. Thank you for the reply. Anyway this is a different Memphis Investment. I’m referring to Memphis Investment Properties owned by Reedy.

@Jared Carpenter

Just want to ask what is a good number for cash on cash return?

@Shane Swanberg

How long you have been using them. And how is it so far?

@Mike D'Arrigo

Have you heard about Memphis Investment? I came across this company here in BP and kind of curious about OOS turnkey Investment.

@Jesse S.

Hi. Just want to ask what. Turnkey company you’re using in Memphis.

@Mohsin Mazhar

I’m new here too and I would like to ask the same thing but in Memphis. I happen to come across Memphis Investment Properties. They sell turnkey properties and they will manage as well.

Hi guys. Just want to ask if anybody used Memphis Investment Properties?

I have few rental units owned but got burned out so I have it managed by a property management company. Now, after joining BP, my excitement to take another try on REI is burning again. I'm very interested of starting a BRRR project but just don't know where to start looking. I have a full time job and doing part time REI.
