Hi Elizabeth! ;D I am extremely interested in learning what it takes to flip in Memphis. I helped rehab a duplex a little over a year and a half ago out there, had a ball, fell in love with Memphis and now i'd like to do more! I would need a lead on a good inspector, contractor, painters, a stellar property management company as well as a stellar realtor. :D As you can see..., I need everything! Do you buy your own properties and then rehab/flip or do you go through a hard money lender
