I am a Mobile Home Investor with my son. I live in California and He lives in Atlanta, Ga. We purchased our first Mobile investment property located in the Atlanta area. We fixed it up and ready to sell it.  Figuring out how to build a buyers list. That's my part of the job.  Any ideas :) p.s We're new at this.
