Mike- First off, thanks for posting! I have been contemplating responding because because I am new to the game as well. Being new, I do KNOW that discussing deals is imperative and this form allows for access to a wealth of knowledge. Speaking of knowledge, I have a great associate and friend who has been able to leverage this great platform.
