My husband and I travel full-time, mostly by RV, with our 2 children. We are planning an international trip for 3 months this Fall and I don’t want our RV sitting in storage when it could be producing income. I can’t rent it out on RV Trader or a similar site because I won’t be home to manage it. I’m interested in your creative ideas and I will consider offers to partner if you have a good solution for me. It’s a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, 42’ fifth wheel so it would likely need to be parked somewhere permanent (with hookups) and cleaned between uses. It requires a 5th wheel hitch to tow. 

I'm flipping a property in Baltimore, MD. My entity is a Maryland LLC and is only being used for this one flip. I am trying to file the annual report. Is the property to be flipped considered the businesses's "personal property" for the purposes of this form? I've been having a hard time getting an answer from my accountant, and the report is due today.
