Hello,
Does anybody in the Fresno or Visalia California area know a trustworthy CPA (experience with real estate/business taxes) and attorney they can recommend? It is our first year with a rental so we have quite a few tax questions for the CPA and we were told an attorney can help us setup an LLC correctly and look over our lease. Thank you!

Hello,
I am new to the real estate world and about to rent out our SFH. I was wondering how you guys collect your rent? I was thinking of setting up Zelle and/or Venmo but not sure if that's a good idea. Are there any reliable software that you guys use for this? Thank you!
