Hello,

I'm exploring the idea of buying a multifamily and turning it into room & board for farmworkers in the central valley (Kern County area). Any one have any experience in this type of business? if, so, what is the best way to structure the business? What were the barriers experienced when obtaining local permits?

Health Insurance Cost in California is INSAINE!!! I currently have family health insurance through my employer, I'm looking into resigning (unfulfilling position) but I will have to pay $1,600/mo for family health insurance and that's with COBRA coverage!!!
