Thanks everyone! I feel kind of silly now that I asked because you made it sound so obviously 'fishy' now. But, that is the beauty of BiggerPockets. Being able to tap experience with any kind of question. I truly appreciate it!!

Below is a cut and paste of an email sent to me (I get these frequently – their name is excluded here)…Anyone else get these and if so, what is your experience? Are they typically legit or not legit? If they are legit, what's the 'catch"? Thanks!

Newbie question here: I have read throughout BP completely mixed reviews on whether to share a signed contract's property address without a non-disclosure or not. I have advertised this property with several great pictures and a property summary throughout an investor group but ALSO on a really public medium, Facebook Marketplace. I'm getting quite a few inquiries just "asking for the address". I asked one interested party to please sign a SUPER simple non-disclosure just to protect the owner/assignee relationship and he took offense and said no thank you. I would think if they were serious this would be no problem at all. Your thoughts BP community?
Thank you for your replies :)

Hello, could anyone please recommend an investor friendly title company in Ohio? Experienced with assignments, knowledgeable about wholesaling and transactional funding, etc., overall. Would like to build long term relationship with them for ongoing investments. And I need one ASAP as I have a property under contract now. Thank you!
