Hello team -
I'm going to be listing my personal house up for sale by owner and was looking for a PSA to utilize. Wanted to see if anyone here had one? Or knew of where to get one?  Looking to sell then split the funds to another personal home and then the balance for a few investment properties.

I personally would recommend calling around and seeing what a professional home inspector would charge for something similar. This individual would have a more technical aptitude and potentially worth the additional cost.....or perhaps you supplement the budget approach with your aunt and an unbiased, inspector who will just provide the facts based on their experience.

Just a thought and a different perspective.

I have used the family approach in the past, and while all family is different and costs vary, I just found the discount wasn't worth the results. Just my experience, I'm sure some had win/win scenario.

I live in Oregon and rent out my old house and self manage in NC and it's doing very well.

I'm looking at a few Turnkey Investment in Memphis, TN and Little Rock.
