Just wanted to know how experienced REI have found there properties? This is kind of like writing an english paper, you know what you want to write about but not quite sure how to get it started.

Would I be looking for houses currenlty for sale or would I need to dig deeper and find foreclosures? If so how would I go about finding them?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to get started in the REI business. I have been reading some books and have the basic understanding of how to go about it. I'm in question regarding where to find properties? I've heard of others driving around looking for places, and other searching foreclosure sites. I haven't quite found my answer as to where I need to start doing my homework. Any input would be great.
