Is the amount time a tenant has been living in a NOO property considered when using rental income to qualify for a loan?

My girlfriend bought me a set from www.moo.com they came out great but took a week to get here.

That kinda sucks for "real AU's" like myself. My grandparents added me to a couple of their cards when I started college so I could pay for books and incidentals. Sometimes I payed the bills, sometimes they would consider it a gift. So now I'm gonna lose 3 tradelines I've had for nearly a decade?

I saw an opportunity on Craigslist the other day where this company will pay you $10 per abandoned/vacant property you submit to them via their website w/ digital pictures. The ad also says they'll pay you $1,000 if they close on a deal. I've been looking for a way to get started especially since I'm still in school and don't have a lot of time to commit right now. I was wondering if anybody has heard of this or done it in the dc area or anywhere for that matter?

Hey everyone, I've been reading up on the site and a lot of real estate books lately. I'm looking to take advantage of the current state of the market and start working for myself. I'm most interested right now in mutlifamlies in the Gulf Opportunity Zone.
