Hi everybody! I am looking to purchase an investment property in Milwaukee, WI on behalf of my grandfather. He is looking for a mixed use building with retail on the ground floor and either residential/ office above in the center of town (busy area!). If you know of any good listings/leads/brokers that would help me find something that fits this criteria please send them my way! I would love to get started on this project for him.
