Thank you

@ Justin Windham.  I will check out Sunwest.  I have been looking at videos on line from Udirect and spoke to them briefly the other day.  So much to learn.

Can anyone suggest a good customer service oriented Self-Directed IRA Company?

I have just spoken with Equity Trust and in addition to their annual fees, they charge additional fees for such things as wire services.  They also sell better customer service via their gold package which allows people to jump ahead of regular customers.  Seems like a questionable practice to me.  It certainly isn't the Amazon philosophy. Do other companies operate this way as well??
