Again, thanks everyone for the input.

I'm joing my local REIN, which I feel will be very helpful. Hopefully I'll be able to find a mentor and work alongside them to get the feel of the game.
I've also gotten my hands on Bronchick's contract. Being that I am just getting started, and still a bit unsure about contracts, I'm going to be locating a Real Estate Attorney and come up with anything else I need. Besides that, I'm taking a look around at what properties are for sale and what they're selling for, etc. I will NOT put anything under contract untill I have spoken with my list of investors on what exactly they're looking for to be sure I'll be able to assign it. I'm very excited about this and I'll be sure to post on here when I have made more progress!

Shawn, let us know when you do too! Best of luck.

Hello all!

First off, I want to thank you all for the information you have shared. It's truly been a great help so far and I really appreciate it immensely.

I have just recently decided that Real Estate Wholesale is what I want to be doing. I am extremely motivated, and confident that I will do well at it and can't wait to get started. With that said, while I have 100% confidence in my ability to do this, I do not want to go into ANYTHING without ALL the information needed, and in no way want to jump the gun. I have read a lot about the basics of the process and so far I feel confident on 80% of it. The part I am not confident in is of course, the most important part...contracts and paperwork.

As I said, I am new to this and want to feel 100% about EVERY aspect of the process. My question to you all is fairly broad and I apologize for this.

I guess the the question would be: Who would be best to talk to, a Real Estate Attorney? If I explain to them that I want to enter the field of Wholesaling, would they be able to help me as far as contracts, and advise what paperwork I would need to make sure everything is done correctly and protect myself?

Ideally I would like to find a Wholesaler in my area as a "mentor", but until then, who will be best to assist me in entering this arena?

Thanks again everyone!
