How do you find deals? Learn how to actively curate deals and have leads come in to you! You must Develop a Strategy, and this Strategy is called a Marketing Mix.

Whether you're a real estate broker, mortgage broker, flipper, or buy/hold investor, no matter your business plan, this instructional meeting will have something for you. Grace Widdicombe received her bachelor's degree in business marketing in 1983. Although a lot of the marketing methods have evolved since then, the basic science has not.
