We are looking for a good portfolio lender in the Houston, Tx area that we can build a relationship with. We have found a few online, but would prefer to hear about a personal experience with one if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there! My name is Jenny and I'm an accountant...I've been an accountant for nearly 15 year...and I'm definitely ready to try something new. I've been listening to many podcasts (The Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show hosted by Joe Fairless being my favorite), I've been reading some great books (I LOVE Rich Dad Poor Dad) and have just been trying to educate myself as much as possible on real estate investing. I'd love to quit the 8 to 5 grind one day and focus on real estate investing in order to earn a living. Hoping to gain even more knowledge on Bigger Pockets!
