Hello everyone, my name is Grayson Stalvey. I've been hanging around BiggerPockets for a few months now and have been trying to familiarize myself with both my local market and Jacksonville, FL (where we used to live). I don't have much of a background at all in real estate, aside from buying our own home when we moved to Cincinnati last summer. I currently work in procurement for a major company here, and am looking at real estate investment as a vehicle to help move us closer to financial independence.

We've been looking extensively at non-commercial multi-family properties and have come close to pulling the trigger on a few occasions, but haven't been able to yet. My biggest concern is that I don't have a "team" in place yet. Most of my research on BP lately has been into setting up your local team, and I hope to make enough forward progress to make a move on a property I've got my eye on.

Thanks, and I look forward to meeting and interacting with folks here!
