I am not married to any particular area yet.  I am liking East Falls, Germantown, West Oak Lane. 

I did manage a couple props in Greys Ferry, and a lot in North Philly.  Have you gotten any flips done so far?

Hello All,

I am an aspiring invested with over 10 years in construction and property management experience. 

My goals for thisb year are to flip at least two single family homes.  By this time next year, I would like to be on my way to acquiring rental properties.
