I'm hoping someone can help me with my problem.

I have tenants in my house and their behind on rent but my rental management company is not sending notices to the tent. I believe this is happening because they personal know the tent and don't want to evict yet because she has come been battling cancer. So my question is: since they won't send the notice out can I do it myself even if the contract is between the tenant and management company? Or would this have other legal backlashes? Thank you for any help
