Brand new to the world that is STR investment here. Thanks to everyone here who contributes to this community as I have just begun to go through other posts on this forum and it's been extremely helpful.

I was wondering, is there a particular tool/place people use to track all of their reoccurring expenses and performance of a given STR propert? Perhaps a excel spreadsheet template that someone can share that thoroughly tracks and documents all of the expenses and income for a given property?
