Thanks brother. That seems to be the common theme that I’m hearing. I definitely get the system is only as valuable as the amount of time and effort I put into it but just trying to make sure the info and student testimonials I’m getting are legit. 
I’m trying to find someone in the So Cal area to see what markets they target and the success they have. Is there any market for Subto/ seller finance deals up your way in Tahoe or Placer County? I just moved back down south from Placer County in October so I kind of know that area a little bit. 

Once a deal has been closed with subject two financing what options do you have down the road?

Are you able to refinance that property to pull equity for other investment properties?

Can you sell the property while sitting in second position or do you just have to keep it as a rental until the note is paid in full? 

Any info is appreciated.

I’m new to RE investing and always thought it required large amounts capital or investor relationships to get started. When I came across Pace and learned there are ways to do it with little to nothing down I was intrigued.

I realize I could spend the time on YouTube University and various podcasts and websites to learn the methods he is teaching but I’m looking to fast track that knowledge and find a support network to help me get started.

A lot of the posts in these forums about this topic have been locked because the moderators think they are bot replies trying to sell people on the program.

If there are any REAL people who have been involved in this mentorship, particularly in California I would love to hear from you.
