This looks incredible! You did a great job. I feel as if my problem right now is that I just recently jumped into a full time job and am afraid that I won't have the time to be investing in a project like this. May I ask you if you were working while in this process? Full-time? Part-time? Again, awesome job and thanks for the valuable information!

I am completely new to Real Estate Investing but have a huge passion and desire to get involved. I am reading a lot about REI and trying to get a basis for understanding; are there any books/websites/articles outside of biggerpockets.com that anyone would recommend? Also, I just graduated college and am trying to determine what might be the best real estate opportunity for me to get into. I would love some recommendations or maybe things you may have wished you did when you were younger. I graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Finance and invest in other securities but I see a lot of potential in Real Estate. If there is anyone out there who is interested in helping a young-gun I would love to hear from you! Thanks for reading and giving consideration!
