Thank you for your responses to my question. I will ask the title insurance and go from there. The person that I am buying from, I just remembered owns the property outright. Therefore; that makes sense.

Thank you for the help

Greg

I am buying a multifamily log cabin investment here in Payson, AZ. I don't know at what stage of purchasing do i need a LLC. We have submitted an offer in our names. However; I surely shouldn't put my name and my wife's name on it. Therefore; when should I get the LLC?

Sincerely

Greg

I hate to admit that I made a mistake, however I'm looking for an attorney not in Edwardsville but in Peoria for a tax lien lawyer.

In Connecticut,  Bankruptcy can happen. If it does happen you get your interest rate, however it ties up your money.

I bought 4 tax certificates on one property in Connecticut. The property just went into bankruptcy.  I learned my money will be tied up for up to 6 months. During that time I will not be accuring any interest. Is this true and what do I do from here?

My wife and I are looking to relocate out of the California area. We love the Payson Arizona area and want to relocate there. We don't need a large home but need at least a 2 bedroom 2 bath home and must have a place to park the RV. We would like to stay under 150k and we are not afraid of a fixer upper. We are here in Payson scouting around.

Sincerely

Greg & Meleah

I did my due diligence, now here comes the Tuesday tax sale. It should be interesting. I Wonder about if I should get into rehabbing or wholesaling? Anyone in Houston that can guide me to a conclusion?

Hi

I am looking for a tax title attorney in Peoria, IL. I acquired 3 properties through a tax lien sale in Peoria, IL. This county is not working well with me and has informed me that I need an attorney to start the foreclosure process. Can anyone lead me to an attorney or a Tax title service that will help me. Time is running out on the foreclosure process.

Greg
