Closing on a couple houses in the Baton Rouge area that need some minor work flooring, counters, etc. and searching for a contractor or handyman to do the work.
Also, looking for an on-demand handyman for maintenance calls after they’re rented.

Are there any investor groups to join in the Baton Rouge, LA area that post new deals before they hit the MLS or have access to off market deals? I'm looking to invest in that area and would like to get plugged into group there.
