Hello All,

we are interested in obtaining funding for an investment property purchase?

We are considering using a zero interest business credit card to do a property downpayment?

Has anyone done this. Is this a viable option to use for a down payment and or to fund a rehab?

alternatively are there better options?

Thank you in advance!

Wanted to know the best way to fund educational class for a beginning investment company. How can we write off 100% of our investment money towards classes for real estate training. Do we put up the money personally? If we get a loan can we write off the total amount if used for education or just the interest?
