Hi fellow members of BP. I meant to be more self descriptive. I had been property sourcing (bird dogging) for about a year, in New York Area, mostly in Brooklyn, Queens, and Bronx. I am now trying to wholesale properties in these areas. I had closed some bird dog deals and now look to step it up with wholesaling deals. And I look forward to learn from you as I shall eventually teach or show the way to the next upcoming folks.
