Hello Bigger Pockets Family!! I’m fairly new to this. Me and a friend of mine wanted to get into a 4 unit off a pre-foreclosure in New Haven, CT. We’re both originally out of Long Island New York so New Haven isn’t too far away to self manage the units. Initially upon looking into the property we came across a lot of red flags for the crime rate in the area. Does anyone on here have experience renting in New Haven and can they offer advice for newbies like myself? Cheers, Greg
