Listening to podcast #43 and the discussion turns to how to convince a RE agent to submit multiple offers for you on multiple properties.  What I'm pondering is this...  I'm currently working on my RE license in Texas and in Texas you have to hang your license with a Broker.  What disclosures are absolutely necessary if you are buying properties for yourself and if you have to disclose you are an agent (ie. who you are working under), how many Broker's would actually tolerate an agent sending out lowball offers to potential client's in their marketplace?  Strategies??
