Hey everyone hope you guys are all doing well.
I am reaching out to everyone because I want to get my foot in the door into the real estate world and would love to work with a team or single person who is flipping houses, doing rentals, etc. I have an extensive background in marketing so I can definitely provide value in that area of interest. I am just a hungry person who is wanting to learn and grow with someone or a team so if you or anyone you know is seeking an assistant to essentially help out in any areas please let me know.

I am not sure if I am allowed to post this here but I am looking for any referrals to any realtors in the Houston/Sugar Land area that possibly have any assistant openings. I am trying to get my foot in the door into real estate so I am looking for any realtors looking to take me under their wing and we could exchange value.

Hey everyone!
I am looking for some advice and hopefully someone can help me out and point me in the right direction, I want to get into real estate investing but unfortunately do not have the cash or capital to purchase my own property yet. I've read about wholesaling and i'm not too sure about it I would rather just get into the fix & flip part. Is there investment groups here in Houston that team up and take on projects together? Just trying to see how I could fit in with some of these groups by providing value such as marketing, etc. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.
