Real Estate Professionals!
I'm looking to househack in Minneapolis outskirts by the end of the year. I'm 18 and run a 6-figure run-rate business -- but I do not have any history of credit (thx stubborn parents😆)
Here's the question...what's my next step? How do I make this possible?

Hello BP,
I’m a teen trying to quit my current job I have at a local restaurant here in Cokato (Hour west from Minneapolis). I want to get into the field somehow. I am going to be an investor when I’m older and really want some experience while I’m still in high school. Does anyone have any advice? I have reached out to a brokerage to become an assistant or be of any help to them just to get any experience but I haven't had a reply. Does anyone around Cokato/Hutch area need an assistant? I'm open to anything. I know the basics of RE but would love to learn more! Does anyone have any advice? What would you have done at my age to prepare for your future?

Hello Agents and Investors,
My name is Gloria and I want to become a real estate investor when I'm older. I have realized this years ago and have been reading, listening to bp podcast, and watching yt videos on this field. I am just now finishing up my sophomore year of high school and am realizing even as a 16 year old, I can prepare myself for my future and become that far ahead of the game when I turn 18 and get a real estate license. I am reaching out to any agents or investors around Hutchinson/Cokato MN that may need an assistant or extra help creating listing ads or setting up for sale signs in return for just being around real estate and picking up on how to do things. I am trying to find any way to enter this industry as soon as possible just to get experience, anything counts. So please, let me know if you are in need of help, I’m open to do more than what I’ve listed above!

Hello! I am 15 years old and I want to get into real estate when I’m older. I want to do anything I can as a teen to prepare myself to be ready to buy my first property as soon as I become of age. My mom knows of my plans to get into real estate and recommended the Bigger Pockets podcast to listen to. I also have been reading books and watching YouTube videos on real estate. My parents both love houses too. My mom is redoing our home, and my dad works in construction.
I already know real estate is what I want to do after I graduate, and if I start getting familiar with it right now I will be that far ahead of the game when I turn 18.
Do you have any tips or ideas of what I can do to get more familiar with real estate?
Do you have any book/movie recommendations that I can check out to become more educated about real estate as a teen?
