I just found this forum today. I am sorry for all of your losses.

A potential investor mentioned the term Ponzi scheme. I went to my superviser about it. He couldn't sell. I was called into a meeting with Gene shortly thereafter, which was not standard protocol, he couldn't sell me. So I resigned.

Keep in mind, all of the phone converstions there were recorded so it's not like any of us could have gone through and called our clients to tell them to get out or anything. The security measures around there were not only to keep unwanted people out but to keep information and such in.

And resigned the next morning.

I figured it out several months ago.

Pinnacle employees that quit or were let go for catching on were kept quiet with threats of lawsuits for libel and/or defamation against them.
