@David Wapelhorst:
I actually did fill out a form with a $25 check and send it to
Department of State DIVISION OF LICENSING SERVICES PO BOX 22001ALBANY, NY 12201-2001 US
The tracking information show theyt have received on May 06. Until now I don't see the money from the check get withdraw nor I received anything. I thought I didn't get it right. Now, I can't find the site I get the form either. So, I am here to see anyone know.
Just curious ask did you take the refreshment 15 hours course or you went striaght to the exam?
Thank you!

I have verified with the commission as well as NJ real estate education provider. So, there is no question about it. Actually, I don't mind taking another 75 hours course. Just that NJ real estate course way more expensive than NY. Also, even if is an online course can't be pre-recorded. Have to be a live course. I like pre-recorded classes better. So, I can go back to replay as many times as I want.
Anyway, thank you for your input here.

Meanwhile, I would expect that your NYS real estate license would be your proof. In NY they don't give you anything?

Okay. I am a licensed New York real estate salesperson. I am thinking to move to New Jersey and would like to continue my real estate practice in New Jersey. Instead, taking the 75 hours course again. I would like to apply for a waiver. So, I can take the exam without taking the 75 hours course. But, my problem is I don't know where to get an official New York real estate certificate of licensure. I try to search on Google. No luck. So, anyone knows or have similar experiences?
